Warranty

All of our products carry a 1 Year Warranty on all components.

Shipping

Due to the weight of the products, our shipping is calculated on a fixed price basis.  All items are available and will be delivered within 5-7 business days.  It may be necessary to add a day for transport if you are on or near the west coast.

Returns

Prior to returning any product, please contact us directly to determine how we can assist and confirm any warranty claims.  Unless it is determined that you are in need of a warranty exchange, all return shipping is your responsibility.  All new products being returned within 45 days, should be in new condition, and must be in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to inspect returns for completeness and condition.  Any non-warranty return that is not in new condition will not be accepted; the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
